I’m Becci, I am the finance director of AND Oxfordshire. I am also the designated safeguarding lead across our services. 

 

I’m autistic and have worked with autistic young people since I was a teenager. I am currently completing a doctorate in psychology specialising in anxiety in autism before starting my role as a post-diagnostic support worker for autistic adults.
